Taking in Nature

For the last few weeks I have managed to get into a good routine of exercising. Twice a week or so I go walking/jogging with a friend of mine, and then most days I do the Seven workout which is a full body workout in seven minutes using only a chair and your body weight.

The best part about making time in my day to get outside, not only for the fresh air and exercise, is taking in my surroundings and noticing things that I wouldn’t normally. Maybe this is because my unfit and tired body needs an excuse to stop for a second and catch a breath or two! 🙂
