I wish…

I wish I knew why I am feeling so meh at the moment…

I’m waking up grumpy. I don’t want to go to work. I’m having trouble falling asleep so I’m going to bed grumpy. And then I’m not sleeping properly because I’m tossing and turning. And getting grumpy and irritated with my darling because he’s trying to cuddle me during the night. And then I have to drag my butt out of bed in the morning to start the whole sorry process again… On top of all that I’m wanting to update my blog but don’t know what to say.

I wish I knew why I’m feeling this way…

I wish I knew how to fix it…

    I wish I had better words of comfort to share with you other than ‘we all feel like that sometimes’.

    We go through life often blissfully unaware of all of the environmental, social, physical, emotional, financial & intellectual stresses & immense pressure that our bodies and minds have to constantly deal with at a subconscious level.

    We might have difficult choices to make, biological ticking clocks, unfulfilled dreams or a job we hate or just a simple vitamin deficiency. I hope you get a chance to have some ‘me’ time to languish in a bubble bath with some candles and a large glass of wine to take a time out from life and stress so that you can break the cycle.

    P.S. You have an amazing caring partner … who if he is reading this should plan a surprise SPA day or Thai massage for you 🙂

    maybe you are subconsciously dealing with something that you aren’t ready to address consciously yet.. OR.. you need a holiday!

    Somethings need time.. somethings don’t need fixing.. sometimes we need to stop and allow some quiet time for our minds and bodies to catch up with each other..and sometimes we just need a holiday!

  3. Hmmm… When I get like that, it’s usually because I’m pregnant.
    But if you’re absolutely, 100% sure it’s not that, then I dunno, but I sure hope it passes soon!
