Following this post done earlier in September, I am pleased to announce that I managed to finish the 20 day programme though I didn’t quite stick to doing it “20 days”. But I finished right! And that’s what counts! The 15 minute jog-in-one-spot really got me but the rest of the programme was simple and easy to stick to.
Although there is a follow up programme (also found on Pinterest), I haven’t yet embarked on it. Each night (or at least most nights) before I go to bed, I have been doing a few crucial moves to target my problem areas. I know that these moves must be doing something as I can feel the muscles burn, but I can’t see any results. Yes I know that these things take time and I shouldn’t expect to be toned and perfect just like that. But I need to know that what I am doing is doing something. The Husband says that he can see results and that I’m looking good. But he has to say that right?!
Here’s to me keeping on keeping on! And hopefully I’ll be near-perfect by the time holidays come.
